RELLENO NUEVO – A rustic version of our excellent chile relleno – 2 roasted poblano chiles filled with queso Oaxaca and mozzarella cheeses, baked in a light egg batter. Topped with spicy salsa verde, cream, guacamole, pickled onions and cotija cheese.
