GREAT Balls Of Fire | For over ten years we’ve been warning people not to eat our Great Balls of Fire. However. hundreds of people have and continue to do so! These dangerous habanero chile cheese fritters we’re originally created for a contest to raise funds for Oregon H.E.A.T., a local non-profit agency that helps low income Oregonians with their winter heating and electric bills. It began with posting pictures of those who successfully ate a full order of Great Balls of Fire on our “Wall of Flame.” Well we’re still serving Great Balls of Fire and the Wall of Flame grows bigger every day. Our Wall of Flame has evolved into an annual, month long fundraiser held each February. Our Toughest Tongue in Town event kick off and King of Heat grand finale draws in local tough guys and gals to fight for the crown and bring attention to this worthy cause. Your patronage and generous donations helps us raise funds all month long. 2008 marked our 10th anniversary of raising funds for Oregon H.E.A.T. with Great Balls of Fire. As our menu warns, “Many have tried, some have died!” but we’ll keep making Great Balls of Fire as long as you keep taking the heat!
